✦ Delivery time: The shipment will arrive at the collection point closest to your home within 6–12 business days (business days = Sunday–Thursday, excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday eves). During holiday periods or special loads, there may be a delay, and the shipment will arrive within up to 20 business days from the order date.

✦ Important: We recommend checking the order confirmation form sent to you by email to ensure all details are correct and up-to-date.

✦ Refunds – Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition.
✦ Exchanges – Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receiving the product.
✦ Order Cancellation – Once the shipment has been dispatched to the customer, the order cannot be cancelled until the product is received and actually returned to us.
✦ Return Method – Refunds will only be processed after the item is physically returned to one of our warehouses (address will be provided upon request).
