Returns Policy

 

Cancellation of transaction and product return policy: The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "The Law").

The customer (and not the recipient) may cancel the order placed in any of the following cases and conditions. The credit will be transferred to the customer through the payment method used (for example: a customer who paid by credit card will be credited to the credit card provided to the company). Exception - bank transfer which will be transferred by check sent by mail.

In the event of a transaction cancellation by the customer, the company will act in accordance with the provisions of the law. Product returns are possible for several reasons:

  1. The size or color you received is not the color you ordered (there is a deviation of up to 20% from the color in the picture).

  2. There is a "fault" or "defect" in the product manufacturing. In this case, a new product will be sent to the customer after we receive the defective product.

  3. Product returns will only be possible with its original tag, without signs of use or washing.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason not specified above – the transaction can be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the law. For this purpose, the customer must send the product to one of our warehouse addresses, with the shipping cost borne solely by the customer. Milo Store is not responsible for product returns via Israel Post or any other courier company.

Upon receipt of the product and subject to confirmation of its proper condition, the customer will receive a monetary credit for purchase on the website or a refund to the credit card, in accordance with the criteria detailed in the regulations and in accordance with the law.

  • Refund – up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Exchange – up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Once the shipment has been sent to the customer, the transaction cannot be cancelled until the product is actually received and returned to us.

Important to know: The order comes from abroad and is imported specifically for the customer. It is not possible to cancel or return a product claiming that "I expected the shipment to arrive earlier". Upon purchase, the customer confirms and agrees to the shipping period specified on the website, and is not entitled to demand cancellation or refund due to personal expectation of an earlier delivery date.
