✦ Delivery time: The shipment will arrive at the collection point closest to your home within 6–12 business days (business days = Sunday–Thursday, excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday eves). During holiday periods or special loads, there may be a delay, and the shipment will arrive within up to 20 business days from the order date.

✦ Refunds – Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition.
