Privacy Policy, Database, and Direct Mailing

The personal details provided by the user on the website, including within the registration form, any other data provided, generated, or processed based on the analysis of these details, and any information about the user that has come or will come to the company's knowledge through the use of the website ("User Details") will be subject to the company's privacy policy, as detailed below. In this policy, the term "User Details" includes any personal information collected by the company or provided to it by you or on your behalf, through which you can be reasonably identified and/or information protected by the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("Privacy Protection Law"), including, but not limited to, first name, last name, ID number, residential address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, products ordered, location identification, interests, payment methods, additional contact information, and your correspondence with the company, etc.

The Company will not disclose User Details, except in any of the following cases:

(א) If required to do so by a court order or by law.
(ב) If it receives a warning to take legal action against it due to actions carried out by the user and/or on their behalf, and in any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between the user and the company.
(ג) If the Company reorganizes its activity within another entity - and also in case it merges with another entity or merges its activity with the activity of another entity - the Company will be entitled to transfer the User Details to the aforementioned other entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of this privacy policy.
(ד) If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that the user (including anyone on their behalf) has committed an act and/or omission that harms and/or may harm the Company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any third parties.
(ה) If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that the user has made use for the purpose of committing an illegal act and/or to enable, facilitate, assist and/or encourage the commission of such an act.
(ו) If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that the user has violated any of the terms of the policy and/or any agreement with the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.
(ז) If and to the extent required for the Company's activity, such as transferring details to employees, subcontractors, including other entities involved in operating the website's activity. The user will have no claim or demand against the Company regarding the disclosure of their details as stated, and will not claim retroactively that they did not give their consent to this matter. Without derogating from the above, the user agrees that the Company may transfer, at its discretion, the User Details outside the borders of Israel, even if the law of the country to which the User Details will be transferred and/or stored ensures a different level of protection than the level of data protection stipulated in Israeli law.

Filling out the registration form or using the website and the services offered on it constitutes the user's consent that the User Details will be held in one or more databases of the company and/or anyone on its behalf, and that the User Details will be used for the following purposes:

(א) For the purpose of operating the website and providing services to users, including for the purpose of contacting the user when the company deems it necessary for providing the services.
(ב) For marketing, advertising, sales promotion, and sales purposes, and for contacting the user in any way, including by direct mail through any communication means deemed appropriate (including in writing, print, telephone, text message, facsimile, computerized means, or other means), subject to obtaining consent according to law.
(ג) For loyalty promotion, statistical analysis and research (including providing non-identifiable statistical and/or aggregated data to third parties), conducting surveys, and any other online use related to marketing.
(ד) For internal purposes, such as investigating complaints and/or audits, and for contacting when the Company believes it is necessary for providing services or supplying products or for complying with other legal provisions.
(ה) To fulfill the Company's obligations under the law and/or in accordance with the demands of authorities and/or courts. The use of User Details for the above purposes will not be considered a violation of privacy.

The user is not legally obliged to provide the User Details to the company (however, without providing them - you will not be able to use all or part of the website's services) and the provision of User Details is done voluntarily and with their consent. The user hereby explicitly agrees to the use of the User Details as stated above, and that such use will not be considered a violation of their privacy by the company and/or anyone on its behalf.
The website may use "cookies" for its ongoing and proper operation, including to collect statistical data about the use of the website, to verify details, and for information security purposes. The company may also use cookies originating from third parties, including Google Analytics and social networks, which are intended for displaying advertisements about products or services based on the user's various activities across the Internet and other websites and services they have visited, and so on. Cookies are text files that the browser creates according to a command from the website's computers or from third-party computers. Some cookies will expire when you close the browser and others are saved on the hard drive of the end device you are using. Some of the information collected about users during their use of the website and/or interaction with the Company is not personally identifiable and is not stored together with the user's details. This is statistical and/or aggregated information. For example, advertisements the user read on the website, the pages they viewed, the offers and services that interested them, the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which they accessed the site, and more. The Company will be entitled to use such information without the user's consent (including transferring the information to third parties), at the Company's discretion, and within such use, the user's identity will not be revealed without their consent and/or not in accordance with this privacy policy.
According to the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to review, by themselves or by their authorized representative in writing or by a guardian, the information about them held in a database. A person who has reviewed information about them and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, may contact the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information. If the database owner refused, they must notify the applicant in the manner and form prescribed by the regulations. The information applicant may appeal the refusal of the database owner to allow review and the refusal notice to correct or delete information, in the manner and form prescribed by the regulations. Confidentiality and Information Security

The company does not store credit card numbers on its computers.
The strict security standards that the website adheres to are designed to protect consumers, merchants, and credit companies. The implementation of PCI DSS significantly enhances the level of security and therefore helps to foster trust among online payment users in the use of credit cards.
The website is secured using the SSL protocol, meaning all communication between the browser (on the client's side) and the website (i.e., the web server hosting the pages) is encrypted so that the information transferred between the browser and the website cannot be deciphered. However, the Company does not guarantee that the service on the website will not be interrupted, will be provided in an orderly manner or without interruptions, will be secure and without errors, and will be immune from unauthorized access to the Company's computers operating the website, damages, malfunctions, breakdowns, or failures - including hardware, software, or communication line failures to the website - at the Company or at any of its suppliers.
